Fahmida has further had a LLM degree in 2016 from Northumbria University and she qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.

Araf is the HR Manager; He is a Chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development).
Responsible for HR related issues such as Salaries, onboarding, sickness holidays etc. Before working for QLS, Araf was a Secondary science teacher for 17 years and before that worked in the finance Industry dealing with admin, projects and dealing employee relation issues.
